Manhattan Bank has a contract with TCM Bank, N.A. to jointly market credit to our customers. We provide TCM Bank, N.A. the name, address and Social Security number of our customers in order to provide our customers with access to these services.
Manhattan Bank does not disclose any nonpublic information about our former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We are very concerned about maintaining the privacy of the information you provide us through the Internet and otherwise.
Collection of Information
In an effort to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and to provide the service that you expect, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Applications or other forms we have received from you earlier
- Your transactions with us, our affiliates or others
- A consumer reporting agency
Manhattan Bank keeps this information only as allowed by law. It is imperative that you contact us if there is any reason to believe that the information we hold on your accounts is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. We will promptly take action on requests to update or correct information.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
You may obtain copies of this disclosure at any of our branch offices. It is also given to each consumer who opens an account and to all consumer customers at least once annually.
